Due to the exciting growth my client is looking to once again add to the team and is looking for a Site Agent who has Rail / Civil Engineering experience. The successful candidate will have a drive and passion for his or her work. They're looking for someone who really wants to make a difference and delivery quality, someone who goes that extras mile and someone who wants to progress.
The Role
As the Site Agent you'll have the responsibility of maintaining a number of rail & civil projects. The projects will be focuses in the Yorkshire and North West.
Responsibilities
Your daily responsibilities will include:
* Contracts are delivered to the specified requirements from
* Legislation
* T&C of the contract
* H&S Plans
* Work package plans
* Task Briefs
* Environmental Plan & Contract Quality
* You will deliver to program on time and liaise with Managing QS to make sure tender allowances do not run over.
* Monitor contract progress to make sure objectives are being met.
* Ensuring that in conjunction with the site team changes to the contract are identified, agreed and effectively managed.
* The provision of formal reports on contract progress to the Contracts Manager
About you
* You must have experience as a Sub or Site Agent in the Rail & Civil Sector.
* You will hold a PTS/SMSTS
* You will qualified HNC or HND in Civil Engineering (However a time served Civil Engineer with Rail experience will be considered for this role)
