Site Agent - Earthworks

Salary: £300 - 350 a day

Location: Bicester - Calvert

What the business is looking for:

* A site agent with a proven track record of experience within heavy civils earthworks is essential. Ideally will have experience within bridges, bypasses and structures within the highways rail industry.
* Somebody confident with technology and computing
* Must have a proven track record of Earthworks experience across multiple projects.
* Somebody who uses their initiative and has showed ability to meet and beat given timescales of projects.
* You will have a HNC minimum in Civil Engineering, CSCS and SMSTS or SSSTS
* Previous experience at Sub or Site agent level

The Role:

* Operating as a Section Lead on the project and being responsible for the progress and performance of that package, ensuring communication between other site teams and liaising with the cost control team to ensure the works are in line with forecasts and budget.
* Liaise with the design team and ensure the design deliverables are received in time for efficient delivery of the site works.
