Overview:
This is great opportunity with an established and well respected Main Contractor that specialises in the commercial, Industrial and Leisure sectors with projects ranging from ￡100k to ￡5 million. They are based in West Yorkshire and predominately work across the M62 corridor. The company has a driven and hands on work ethic, and the majority of its work comes from repeat business with key clients.
The Ideal Manager:
* Ideally someone who has worked for a successful main contractor for a minimum of 5 years in a contracts manager position. Preferably with commercial, industrial and leisure project experience up to ￡5 million.
* SMSTS, CSCS and all other relevant tickets are required.
* Experience of overseeing multiple jobs simultaneously
* High attention to detail and meticulous in their work.
* Enjoy fast paced work.
* Advanced IT skills.
* Advanced Client facing and negotiation skills
Remuneration:
* The successful Contracts Manager has the opportunity to earn:
* Salary between ￡50,000 and ￡60,000 per annum
